Click the “duplicate” button in the top right corner to use the template in your own Notion.
There is an example course with some coursework added to help you get started. You may want to delete it and replace it with your own courses!
I encourage customizing it to fit your needs best!
Add images and covers to personalize your School Organizer 🎉

Each course has fields such as:
- Course code
- Course title
- Professor
- The year and semester you are taking it
- And a few more!
These fields help with filtering and sorting through courses.
Feel free to ignore, delete, or add fields. Customize the template as it suits you best! 🎉
Within each course, there are lecture and reading note templates to get you started. You can add as much more information as you need to each course page.
Tip: Keep each course’s documents within its own page so that everything stays nice and organized :)

Each homework item has fields such as:
- The course it belongs to. This field is related to the Courses Database, so if you don’t see a course in the dropdown it is probably because you need to create the course first (see above section)!
- Type of homework (assignment, test, reading, etc.)
- Due date
- Status
- Priority
- And a few more to help with tracking grades!
Again, these fields help with filtering and sorting through your homework so it’s helpful to use them!
